Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and bmm88 ("Platform", "we", "our"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the bmm88 platform at https://bmm88.onl, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 for each payment method without exception.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 for each withdrawal request.

• Identity verification: bmm88 reserves the right to request identity verification from users before processing a withdrawal. Documents that may be required include a copy of the national identity card (MyKad) or other supporting documents.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bmm88 offers various promotions to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and the following guidelines.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM300. Example: a deposit of RM100 receives a RM100 bonus, giving a balance of RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 to be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount received must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made. Second example: a deposit of RM800 receives a RM300 bonus, giving a balance of RM1,100, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.
• Bonus period: Each bonus has a validity period as stated in its respective promotion terms. Bonuses that are unused or wagering requirements that are not completed within that period will be cancelled automatically.
• One bonus per user: Each user is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the bonus multiple times through multiple account registrations is a violation of these terms.
• Right to modify promotions: bmm88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

bmm88 users are required to act honestly and responsibly at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the game system, exploit software bugs, or use automated software (bots) is prohibited.
• Collusion: Users are not permitted to cooperate with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in online poker.
• Money laundering: Using the bmm88 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Fake accounts: Registering using another person's identity or fabricated information is a serious offence that may result in legal action.
• System interference: Any attempt to disrupt, hack, or attack bmm88's technical infrastructure is prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.

bmm88 uses automated monitoring systems and a quality control team to detect suspicious activity. Accounts suspected of violations will be temporarily suspended pending completion of an investigation.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
